Monday after Lunch: Medicine making-take home a tincture, poison oak remedy and a salve. We will also be doing a plant walk.
Tuesday: Early morning Men’s sweat 5am after breakfast we will be making a medicine bag.
after lunch we will be burning cedar bowls, making chopsticks and a spoon.
Wednesday Afternoon: We will be doing traditional cooking of Salmon, Venison, Buffalo and Bear. Come prepared to eat.
Thursday Afternoon: Dousing using the Viking Sun stone to find North, finding lost objects and possible people.
Friday Morning: We will be making medicine. Tinctures, fire cider and plant walk. Cooking Salmon, Venison, Buffalo and Bear.

Native American Healing Day
I have a vendor booth on the grass field past the headwaters. You can find it easily by looking for my Wintu Cedar Bark House at The Best of Mount Shasta Conference and Festival.
On Friday, July 20, at 1:00 pm we will go on a plant walk. The plant walk starts with the medicine plants you are walking on. I will be doing a plant walk each day at 1:00 pm starting at the bark house. You will learn about the local plants, how you can use them, with an opportunity to purchase tincture salves, teas and many more products.
